What do our prices include?

It can be challenging when you are comparing the prices of one organizations' programs with another, especially if you are doing this online!  While programs may look similar or even identical in their descriptions, some organizations include airport transfers and others don't; some don't charge extra for school registration fees and other do. And this can have a big impact on the price you thought you were going to pay!

At The Learning Traveller, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to determine what your immersion program is going to cost, right down to your weekly pocket money allowance. That's why each of our immersion programs for children and teens is sold as a package and includes:

• course + accommodation
• meal plans of 2 or 3 meals per day (this will be specified)
• daily activities including weekly excursions
• return airport transfers
• school registration fees
• comprehensive medical and travel insurance

Of course, airfare is extra but we are happy to give you estimates on what your travel costs might be. And if we have included something that you simply won't need (like insurance or an airport transfer) we are happy to deduct that from your total program cost.

We are also more than happy to help you understand another program provider's price if there seems to be a discrepancy between their prices and what we have published on our site. 

You can find links to individual program prices at the top of each of the program overview pages.  In addition to the program package price, we will also list any optional add-ons such as specialized sports programs or private lesson options if they are available.
